Terms of Use

Last updated 2 August 2026

These terms cover use of Lilla's websites and APIs. By creating an account or publishing an event, you agree to them.

The service

Lilla helps organizers run free and RSVP events: create and publish events, collect registrations, communicate with attendees, check people in, and keep a record afterwards. Paid ticket processing, marketplace booking, and premium billing are not part of the current product and may arrive in later versions under updated terms.

Accounts

Organizer responsibilities

Attendee responsibilities

Register with your own details. Do not share tickets in ways that break an organizer's rules. Public event pages may be reported if they appear abusive or misleading.

Content and moderation

Organizers own their event content. Lilla may hide, unpublish, or suspend workspaces that violate these terms or applicable law. Suspension and content moderation by staff leave an audit trail.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features marked as preview (for example certificate design) are not commitments to ship.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Lilla is not liable for organizer–attendee disputes, venue arrangements, or losses from events that are cancelled or mismanaged by a third party. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the free product is limited to direct damages that are reasonably foreseeable.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and, when practical, notifying organizers in-product.
